The Receptionist at Medford Leas is responsible for welcoming and assisting staff, residents, and visitors, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role involves handling incoming calls, including emergencies and resident-related service calls, and providing various administrative services to support residents, their families, staff, and visitors.
The Receptionist works collaboratively with all departments and serves as a liaison to communicate requested information and provide guidance. They must communicate positively and use good judgment to respect confidentiality and protect the privacy of residents, family members, and employees.
Schedule:
During the week varies;
At least 1 Weekend per Month: Saturday & Sunday (9:30am-6pm)
