Job summary

Bobby Rahal Mercedes-Benz is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome clients and visitors, answer calls, and support showroom operations. This part-time role follows the schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 4:00pm-8:00pm, with Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm, contributing to a positive dealership experience.

You will interact with sales and service teams, handle front-desk tasks, and support transactions and paperwork as needed in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all clients, vendors, and other visitors that come into the showroom.
• Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
• Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.
• Handle paperwork for accounting functions for dealer trades performed by the sales department.
• General office duties such as emailing, copying, filing and faxing.

Position Overview

The Greeter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to making our clients feel welcome at the dealership.

Who would I interact with?
