Job summary

Bobby Rahal Automotive Group is seeking a friendly Greeter to warmly welcome clients and visitors to the showroom. You will be the first point of contact, directing calls and assisting the sales and service teams to ensure a positive experience.

Ideal candidates are detail oriented, excel in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong phone and computer skills. A high school diploma and background check are required; this is an equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.
• Handle paperwork for accounting functions for dealer trades performed by the sales department.
• General office duties such as emailing, copying, filing and faxing.
