Job summary

Bella Terra Schaumburg is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our skilled nursing team on a weekend part-time basis. You will greet guests, direct calls, and provide clerical support to the facilities team, ensuring residents receive high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Receptionist and/or one year of customer service experience preferred.

• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.

As a Receptionist you are instrumental in the efficiency of operations throughout the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect atBella TerraSchaumburgby providing office/clerical support to the facilities team, greeting all facility guests, directing calls and guests to the appropriate party and receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a Receptionist and/or one (1) year of experience in a customer service role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
