Job summary

Signature HealthCARE at Jefferson Manor Rehab & Wellness Center in Louisville, KY is seeking a friendly Part-Time Receptionist to support front-desk operations. You will answer calls, direct inquiries, handle mail distribution, and provide general clerical assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons 4 PM–7 PM, and every other weekend 10 AM–4 PM. A high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related office/clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate departments.
• Direct calls to stakeholders and distribute mail.
• Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.

How you Will make a difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and stakeholders, and mail distribution.

Part - Time Receptionist

Location: 1801 Lynn Way

Hours are: Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon 4 PM - 7 PM

Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 10 AM - 4 PM

Some Reception experience is a plus!

Salary Range

Up to USD $15.58/Hr.
