Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville is seeking a friendly Receptionist to support a busy, patient-centered office. You will answer calls, direct inquiries, and handle mail distribution while delivering professional clerical support in a healthcare setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of customer service or related office/clerical experience. This is a full-time role with hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate departments.
• Direct calls to stakeholders and mail distribution.
• Provide general office support as part of clerical duties.

How you Will make a difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

This is a full-time position with hours of 8-4:30pm Monday - Friday.
