Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Receptionist to welcome guests, answer calls on the main switchboard, and respond to routine inquiries in a professional, timely manner.

You will direct visitors, manage sign-in, and use the paging system to announce messages, contributing to a positive environment and reliable guest relations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years of experience operating a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment.
• CPR and Handle With Care certifications; certifications may be obtained during orientation.

Qualifications

Education:

High school graduate or equivalent

Experience:

Two (2) years' experience operating multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment, and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.

Certifications:

Successful completion of CPR and Handle With Care certification; certifications may be obtained during orientation.
