The role provides clerical support to the management team, manages multiple priorities, and ensures confidentiality of facility information in accordance with HIPAA.
The ideal candidate has prior medical reception experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a courteous, non-judgmental approach to diverse populations.

Assists or directs patients/family members or visitors to appropriate area based on needs. Provides clerical support to management team as needed. Handles multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines. Maintains confidentiality of all facility-related information.
