What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contact
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Maintain and update client databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing

- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a call center environment
