Provide general office support: maintain office supply inventory and ordering, purchasing/ordering requests, note taking for staff meetings and emergency drills, scheduling shipping pickups, enter work orders and maintain copies of forms needed for operations. Assist with events, workshops and meetings. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Forward university communications to faculty and staff Preferred Experience and Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office products, Teams, Simba, SAP Concur, and Workday preferred This position will work up to 24 hours per week throughout the 2026/2027 academic year.
