Job summary

Penn State University, Wilkes-Barre campus, seeks a part-time Receptionist and Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will provide general office support, manage supplies, take notes for staff meetings, and assist with events and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities include answering phones, escorting visitors, processing requests, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Assignment up to 24 hours per week during the 2026/2027 academic year.
