Job summary

Shasta Regional Medical Group in California is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome patients, direct them to services, and support scheduling and payment collection before visits. You will handle appointment bookings, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a compassionate, efficient front desk that reflects our commitment to quality care.

Experience is preferred but not mandatory; a High School diploma is required.

• Previous receptionist experience preferred.

The Receptionist will receive the patient and direct them to the services needed. Making appointments and making preliminary assessment category of payment for patients are essential before provider can see them. Make patient appointments and follow up appointments.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $26.22. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
