Job summary

The BridgeWay in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Receptionist/Intake Clerk to join our hospital team. This role serves as the central communication point, answers and routes calls, greets guests, and supports the Intake department with data entry and clerical tasks.

You will work Mon-Fri, 8a-5p; a high school diploma is required and prior switchboard or customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are

The BridgeWay is currently seeking an Receptionist/Intake Clerk to join our team!

The Receptionist/Intake Clerk serves as the communication and information center for the hospital. This position correctly answers and routes all incoming telephone calls, takes messages, and ensures smooth functioning of the hospital switchboard and telephone communications. The Intake Clerk cordially greets and receives hospital guests, establishes their needs and appropriately directs visitors. The Intake Clerk also completes other tasks to assist the Intake department such as data entry, insurance verification, checks faxes, and other clerical type responsibilities.

Total education, vocational training and experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in switchboard operations or customer service preferred.
