The BridgeWay is seeking a Food Service Worker to join our team in Arkansas. The role involves preparing and serving meals to patients, staff and visitors, and performing routine sanitation tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment.

As a member of our team, you will interact with patients, families and hospital staff in a courteous and professional manner, contributing to a positive atmosphere and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year previous experience in a food service setting.
• CPR and Handle with Care certifications to be obtained within two weeks of hire.

The BridgeWay is currently seeking a Food Service Worker to join our team!

The Food Service Worker performs a variety of duties related to the preparation and serving of food to patients, staff and visitors. Completes routine and special sanitation duties. As a representative of The BridgeWay, all comments, attitudes, actions, and behaviors have a direct effect on the Facility’s image and perceptions of quality service. Interaction with patients, family members, physicians, referral sources, affiliating schools, visitors, etc. must be in a manner that is friendly, supportive, courteous, respectful, cooperative, and professional. This behavior should promote an atmosphere of teamwork, which is congruent with facility standards and guidelines to promote positive relations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Licenses or Certifications: CPR and Handle with Care to be obtained within two (2) weeks of date of hire.

Total education, vocational training and experience: High school diploma or equivalent. One year previous experience in a food service setting.

Skills and Abilities:
