Join to apply for the RECEPTIONIST (FULL TIME) role at ESFM USA

We have an opening for a full-time RECEPTIONIST position located in Bentonville, AR 72712. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous receptionist experience preferred. Skilled in office services and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour.

Job Summary

As a Receptionist, you will be the first impression for visitors, operate the switchboard, and serve as the point of contact for all visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and secure.

Essential Duties
  1. Greet visitors warmly, maintaining eye contact and addressing them by name when possible.
  2. Answer phones professionally, take messages accurately, and handle inquiries or refer them appropriately.
  3. Manage conference room activities, including reservations and updates on meetings.
  4. Implement security policies for visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
  5. Provide wayfinding and organizational information to guests, visitors, and employees.
  6. Handle car service requests and communicate with support departments for maintenance, IT, AV, and mail services.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client service or reception role within a hospitality or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with office technology and equipment.
