Mac Haik Southway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a friendly Receptionist to manage a multi-line phone system, greet visitors, and direct customers to the right department. This role supports a high-traffic showroom and service center, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth front-desk operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, up to six months of receptionist experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months receptionist experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant and professional manner.
• Direct customers and vendors to the appropriate dealership representative or resource.
• Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process.
• Maintain conference room reservation schedule.
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand.
