Job summary

Country Drive Post Acute is hiring a Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and provide essential front-desk support in our Fremont facility. You will coordinate with staff, maintain a welcoming environment, and help with basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience in healthcare or senior care is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to use a 10 key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment.
• Pleasant voice and clear speech.

Responsibilities

• As a Receptionist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for everyone entering the facility.
• You will greet visitors, answer telephones, direct callers to appropriate parties, and assist with general administrative support functions.
