Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional, helping them feel welcome and confident in their visit.

You will schedule appointments, support in-person, phone, and virtual service, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute as a team player in a fast-paced environment. The role may involve working at multiple franchise locations and offers flexible scheduling.
