Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Michigan to warmly welcome clients, route them to the right tax professional, and schedule appointments. You will work in a fast-paced office, ensuring client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels.

The role requires strong customer service experience, multitasking ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work at multiple locations and a high school diploma or equivalent are
