Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and set appointments. You will help connect clients with the right tax professional and ensure their needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions.

In a fast-paced franchise environment, you will maintain a tidy office, coordinate schedules, and support team members with a can-do attitude.

• Sales/marketing experience
