Job summary

H&R Block in Royersford, PA is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments, help ensure client needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually, and keep the office clean and organized.

The role requires fast-paced, friendly service and solid Microsoft Office skills. A high school diploma is preferred.
