Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional.

You will help schedule appointments, assist customers in person, on the phone or virtually, and keep the office organized. This role emphasizes friendly service and multitasking in a fast-paced franchise environment.

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
