Job summary

H&R Block in Troy, Ohio is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer inquiries, and connect them with the right tax professional. This role emphasizes delivering a warm, efficient client experience in a busy office.

You will multi-task between phone, in-person, and virtual requests, maintain a clean workspace, and support team members to ensure every client leaves satisfied and on track for their appointment.
