Job summary

H&R Block in Hampton is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional for their needs. You will schedule clients, help ensure all requests are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, and maintain a clean, organized office with the team.
