Job summary

H&R Block in Rosiclare, IL is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional to meet their needs.

In a fast-paced environment you will schedule clients, ensure all requests are addressed across in-person, phone, or virtual channels, and help maintain a clean, organized office with the team.

• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
