Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients and assist with routing to the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual channels, and help maintain a clean, organized office environment alongside the team.
