Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to support client experiences and help clients make confident financial decisions. You will greet clients, route them to the right tax professional, and schedule appointments with a focus on personal, friendly service.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, the ability to multi-task, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced environment. This role is on-site and franchise-owned.
