Job summary

H&R Block franchise is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax expert. You will assist with scheduling and ensure every client feels supported during the service.

The role requires a positive, customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment, strong organization, and competence with Microsoft Office. Flexibility and multi-location work may be needed, with franchisee-led hiring decisions.

• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
