Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer calls, and connect customers with the right tax professionals. This role focuses on delivering a warm, helpful experience and supporting the office during busy periods.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable using Microsoft Office.

• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
