Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and help connect clients with the right tax professionals. This role emphasizes friendly service, relationship-building, and flexible scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will handle in-person, phone, and virtual client interactions, maintain an organized office, and support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences during the seasonal busy period.

• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
