Job summary

H&R Block in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional.

You will manage scheduling, assist in person, over the phone, or virtually, and help maintain a clean, organized office. Prior customer service in a fast-paced environment and basic computer skills are preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a front-desk role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients the way they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service, in person, on the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
