H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You’ll help schedule appointments and ensure clients’ needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.

In a fast-paced franchise environment, you’ll maintain a welcoming office, collaborate with teammates, and support a busy tax season. Prior customer service experience and strong organizational skills are valued.

Your Expertise:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations


• Sales/marketing experience
