H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, route inquiries, and support tax professionals. You will help clients feel confident and cared for while guiding them to the right services.

This role thrives in a fast-paced franchise environment with teamwork and flexibility. Ideal candidates will have prior customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task across in-person, phone, and virtual channels.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment


• Previous experience in a customer service environment


• Ability to multi-task


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations


• Sales/marketing experience
