Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Kingston, TN is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming client experience during peak seasons.

You will handle scheduling, assist with in-person and remote service, and maintain a clean, organized office while supporting the team with assorted duties as needed.
