H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Moyock, NC to provide friendly, efficient service to clients and help them navigate tax-preparation questions.

You will answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, and connect clients with the right tax professional while maintaining a welcoming office environment and coordinating with team members.

• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually


• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment


• Previous experience in a customer service environment


• Ability to multi-task


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations


• Sales/marketing experience
