Job summary

H&R Block Morris, MN is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer calls, and connect them with the right tax professional. This role emphasizes delivering a welcoming, efficient experience for every client.

Strong customer service, multi-tasking, and computer skills are required. You will support clients in person, by phone, or virtually while maintaining a clean, organized office. Pay is $15–$25 per hour.

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
