Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Wyoming to warmly greet clients and answer calls. You will help connect clients with the right tax professional and schedule appointments while ensuring every client leaves satisfied.

In this role, you will support a busy office, maintain a tidy workspace, and assist with other duties as assigned. Prior customer service experience and comfort with multi-tasking are valued traits for success.
