Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to deliver a warm, personalized experience and to help clients make confident decisions.

You will answer phones, greet clients, match them with the right tax professional, schedule appointments, and ensure needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually while keeping the office organized.
