Job summary

H&R Block in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients and support tax professionals.

You’ll answer phones, greet guests, schedule appointments, and help ensure every client leaves satisfied whether in person, by phone, or online. This role emphasizes strong organization, multitasking, and friendly service, with prior customer service experience valued and flexibility to work at multiple locations.
