H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax expert. You’ll help create a welcoming, efficient experience in our busy office.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks, and maintain organized workflows while delivering friendly, personalized service to clients in person, over the phone, or virtually.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment


• Previous experience in a customer service environment


• Ability to multi-task


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations


• Sales/marketing experience
