Job summary

H&R Block in Fort Payne, AL is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the appropriate tax professional. Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
