Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in De Motte, Indiana. This role focuses on delivering warm, personalized service, greeting clients, answering phones, and guiding them to the right tax professional.

You will schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met across in person, phone, or virtual channels, and keep the office organized with the team. Prior customer service experience and fluency with Microsoft Office are preferred.
