Job summary

H&R Block in Yuma, AZ is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to wow clients today and build relationships for the future. You will answer phones, greet guests, and help match clients with the right tax professional.

This role requires a fast pace, strong organization, and the ability to multi-task across in-person, phone, and virtual service channels. Training provided; flexibility across locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience.
