Job summary

H&R Block in the Oklahoma area is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer calls, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure every client leaves satisfied.

You will work in a fast-paced, friendly office, handling in-person, phone, and virtual service, performing administrative tasks, and contributing to a clean, organized work area across the team.
