Job summary

H&R Block seeks a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, route them to the right tax professional, and schedule appointments. You’ll handle calls, support client needs in person, on the phone, or virtually, and help keep the office clean and organized with the team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and fast-paced service in a franchise setting. Prior customer service experience and high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
