Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in Minnesota to warmly welcome clients and connect them with the right tax professional.

Your day will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and guiding clients through the service experience. You will ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions while helping to keep the office tidy and well organized with the team.

Your Expertise:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
