The receptionist will greet patients, check them in/out, and coordinate communications between patients and dental staff while maintaining patient information confidentiality. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred.
Treasure Coast Community Health (TCCH), a long-established and highly respected healthcare provider and Federally Qualified Health Center with locations throughout Indian River County, FL is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team.
The Dental Receptionist will provide excellent customer service to all patients that call or visit our centers. The Receptionist will operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel by performing the following duties as well as utilize TCCH electronic systems to schedule/reschedule dental patients and update patient information. The receptionist will also verify insurances as applicable prior to appointments and check in/out visiting patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Three to six months of prior reception experience in healthcare and computer experience strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred.
