Loving Auto Group is seeking a Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk to support daily front-desk operations and data entry tasks. A reliable, professional candidate with good people skills will fit well in our family-oriented dealership culture.

Responsibilities

• Post and scan service tickets and stock vehicles.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and greet customers.
• Count money and process bank deposits.
• Take bank deposits and run errands as needed.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department and filed documents.
• Perform general filing and shredding; other duties as needed.

Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk

Our dealership has an opening for a Data Entry Clerk. While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered. This individual must be reliable, professional, likable, and ready to make a move toward a long-term career and not just another job. Our dealership is a family, and we treat each employee as such.

Responsibilities

• Post and scan parts/service tickets
• Stock in vehicles
• Count money drawers, complete bank deposits
• Take bank deposits, other errands as needed
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department
• Filing/shredding
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be professional in appearance with excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to handle busy phones
• Must be proficient with computers and have general office knowledge
• Must be comfortable handling money

Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
