Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting and directing them to the appropriate team member while setting a positive tone for their experience.

The role includes checking in VIP appointments, coordinating front desk activities, handling calls, and maintaining CRM records. A high school education and customer service experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-standard customer service environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take initiative and lead when needed.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability as a team member.
• Good organizational skills with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and greet them warmly.
• Direct customers to the appropriate team member(s) and assist VIP check-ins.
• Handle front desk activities including answering and routing incoming calls.
• Maintain CRM with incoming sales call notes and follow-ups.
• Support a positive customer experience and perform related duties as needed.
