Job summary

Vineyard Henderson Memory Care in Henderson, NV is seeking a friendly, customer service–oriented Concierge Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community and support residents, families and visitors at the front desk.

We are hiring one Full-Time and one Part-Time team member. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, coordinating deliveries, and keeping lists up to date while maintaining privacy and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of office experience preferred.
• Senior Living experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors, announces arrival, and offers refreshments.
• Answer the telephone and direct calls; take messages as needed.
• Accepts deliveries and coordinates with team members to deliver items.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Business Office Manager or Executive Director.
• Update resident and employee lists and conduct tours as needed.

Successful candidates will enjoy interacting with seniors, families, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional, inviting atmosphere at the front desk.

Responsibilities of the Concierge Receptionist

• Communicates professionally with employees, residents, family members, responsible parties, outside providers, and community vendors.
• Greetings visitors, announces their arrival, and offers refreshments.
• Answer the telephone and directs calls to the appropriate parties. Take messages when needed.
• Accepts deliveries and coordinates with team members to deliver items.
• Administrative tasks as assigned by the Business Office Manager or Executive Director.
• Updates community resident and employee lists.
• Conduct tours as needed.
• Ensure residents are provided with privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

Required Experience

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one (1) year prior office experience is preferred.
• Senior Living experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
