Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and personable Bilingual Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and callers, providing a warm welcome and exceptional customer service. You can also help with administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, including providing directions and company information
  • Help with the completion and submission of employment applications
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area
  • Order office supplies and maintain an adequate stock of supplies
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required)
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain an organized and tidy workspace
  • Proficiency in essential office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email)
  • Positive, professional attitude and excellent phone etiquette
